As one of the premier audio facilities in San Francisco, Polarity Post Production has earned a reputation for creative excellence in audio. Originally opened in 1986 under the "Music Annex" moniker, the studio has grown and evolved in the ensuing 17 years to accommodate a large client base and to develop a diverse portfolio of audio work. Everything from recording and mixing voiceovers for broadcast media and telephony prompts to producing audio for video games and feature-length films has come through Polarity's door over the years.

The physical layout of the studio has expanded from the two original studios on one floor, to four floors of full-featured studios with floated floor isolated recording booths and state-of-the-art acoustically designed mixing suites. Offline audio editing rooms and lounge areas complete the list of amenities Polarity has to offer.
